Manyullyn = Cobalt + Ardite 1:1 in the smeltery, needs lava fuel. Cobalt/Ardite: mine in the Nether (Cobalt shallow, Ardite deep). Iron: most common in the Overworld. Queen's Slime: from Nether slimes. Bronze = Copper + Tin 3:1. Melt ingots in the smeltery, then cast into parts.

Warning: Beginner starter: Iron head + Flint binding + Wood handle is enough early on; save for Cobalt/Ardite before Manyullyn.
