Built-in web server! Same WiFi, open http://your-IP:8080 on phone for live map. Perfect for biome hunting.

Settings Optimization

Performance: lower render distance and disable 'cave auto-mapping' to cut memory use (recommended for low-end PCs). Minimap position/size: drag or adjust in settings to keep it out of the way. Privacy: hide coordinates and death markers on servers. Theme: multiple map skins to choose from.

Warning: On low-end PCs, disable 'live chunk rendering' and lower the minimap refresh rate to save memory.

Troubleshooting

Minimap not showing? Confirm the mod is loaded (Mods list) and press Ctrl+J to toggle. Web map not connecting? Same WiFi, firewall allows port 8080, and use the LAN IP (not public IP). Map offset/misaligned? Usually a conflict with another map mod — remove one.

Warning: JourneyMap conflicts with Xaero's Minimap, VoxelMap and similar — install only one or the map will glitch.
