Second Change in Three Days
The record war is white-hot. In the early hours of September 8, on his first night back streaming, Illumina broke CakeFrog's 6m49s with 6m47s — just a week after CakeFrog's run and nine days after Illumina's own 6m52s. The random-seed record has entered 6:47 territory; the community calls September 'a tug-of-war.'
Run Highlights
Where CakeFrog won with aggressive skips, Illumina's 6:47 was won on flawless Nether navigation: fortress, bastion, and ruined portal in a straight line with zero backtracking, a 100% pearl barter rate (4-for-4), and a single-bed three-crystal chain detonation in the End. Casters called it 'human execution at its limit.'
How Far to 6m45s
Two top runners traded the record three times in one week; only 2 seconds remain to the 6:45 barrier. Community math says 6:45 needs triple luck — village+lava spawn, structure distance, and full piglin barter luck — about 1-in-2000. But at 30 runs a day each, '6:45 this week' is no joke.
