Overall Layout

A 25×20 plot — just enough for a ground floor with living room, kitchen, dining, powder room and an 8×4 pool, plus three bedrooms and a balcony upstairs without crowding. Ground flow: living room centered (6×8) facing the south pool, a full glass wall framing the water as 'indoor scenery'; open kitchen (4×4) and dining (4×4) beside it; powder room (2×3) in a corner. Upper: master (5×6 ensuite) + two guest rooms (4×4 each) + 2×8 balcony. Ground-floor plan below.

That single sightline is what makes the build read as a villa and not a house with a hole of water next to it. Pool lighting Sea lanterns in the pool floor (green dots) — the effect at night beats any poolside torch. Terrace as a buffer The 2-block terrace strip keeps interior and water apart so rain and splashes never reach the floor. 5 blocks
Ground floor only — the upper floor sits on the northern half so the balcony overhangs the pool. Keep the living room, glass wall and pool on one straight axis and the whole plan resolves itself.
Warning: Put the pool on the villa's 'view side' (usually south, toward sun and water) and make the living-room wall fully glass — seated on the sofa you look straight through to the pool. Half the villa's luxury comes from this sightline.

Pool Design

Few pool parameters, but each matters:

ParamSuggestionWhy
Size8×4 blocksSwimmable yet cheap
Depth2 blocksAdults submerge, not too deep to build
WallsLight blue concrete / quartzClean, water-like
LightingSea lantern at bottomGlows at night, full mood
Walkway1-block white concreteNon-slip + trim
Warning: Pro touch: run a glass tunnel from one pool corner straight to the basement so you 'swim' into the house — the signature mansion shot. White wool umbrella + quartz slab loungers + jungle palm at the edge sell the resort feel.
