Crafting Recipe

Two rows of 3 wool (any) + 1 stick bottom-center = 6 banners in that wool's color. Design patterns at the loom with dyes.

Pattern System

Loom: banner + dye = simple shapes; add pattern items (skull, Mojang, globe — crafted or found) for special emblems. Up to 6 layers stack on one banner.

Practical Uses

Rename a banner on an anvil and it appears on maps of that area as a named marker — rally points and base locations at a glance. Also great as doorway curtains and banner walls.
